• Networking  makes  it  possible  to  share  data  and  information  among  the  connected  computers .
• Editing,  formatting  or  printing  of  a  file  residing  in  other  connected  computers  is  possible  through  network  .  
• There  are  security  options  to  give  different  type  of  permissions  to  the  users.  Users  are  able  to  work  on  different  documents  or  programs   depending  on the  permission assigned  to t hem.
